2. Description of Service Confirma Systems LLC provides automated retrieval of public record filings (Secretary of State data) and third-party data enrichment. We do not guarantee the business success of any lead provided.

3. Permitted Use & Compliance You agree to use the provided lead data (emails and phone numbers) in strict accordance with:

The CAN-SPAM Act (for emailing)
The TCPA (for texting/calling)
All local and state privacy laws. You are prohibited from using our data for any illegal "stalking," harassment, or identity theft.
4. Limitation of Liability Confirma Systems LLC provides data "as-is." We are not liable for any financial losses, "missed deals," or legal actions taken against you resulting from your use of our data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific lead list in question.

5. Intellectual Property The structure, code (Supabase/Lovable integrations), and proprietary "Hour 0" scraping logic are the exclusive property of Confirma Systems LLC.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
