CONFIRMA SYSTEMS LLC – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Confirma Systems LLC, we provide real-time business intelligence and data enrichment services. Due to the digital nature of our products (leads, verified contact data, and entity reports), all sales are final once data has been accessed or delivered.

1. Digital Product "No-Refund" Policy Because our data is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds once a lead list has been generated or a subscription period has begun. This policy ensures the integrity of our proprietary enrichment processes.

2. Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Confirma System feed until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

3. Data Quality Guarantee We strive for "Hour 0" accuracy. If you encounter a lead with a disconnected phone number or an invalid email within 48 hours of delivery, please contact [email protected]. At our discretion, we will provide a "Credit" to your account for a replacement lead.

4. Duplicate Leads Our system is designed to prevent duplicates. If you are charged twice for the same UBI number within a 30-day period, please notify us for a full correction/credit.
